Bellisio Foods Acquires Frozen Specialties
The acquisition closed last week and will be folded under Overhill Farms, Inc, a leading US company in private label, co-manufacturing and foodservice products.

Through its production facility in Archbold, Ohio, FSI is an Organic Certified Manufacturer, and also offers products certified under the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.
