Oberto launches new pork jerky product
Oberto says its category expansion is part of the company’s bigger mission to provide more delicious, convenient, and better snacking products for the consumers.
“As the #1 better-for-you brand in the meat snacks category, it is our goal to develop innovative new products with no artificial ingredients and have the highest quality ingredients and taste,” said Oberto President and CEO Tom Hernquist. “We think our customers, new and old, will become fast fans of the new Oberto Pulled Pork.”
The new Oberto Pulled Pork Jerky will be available at retailers nationwide starting in August.
Oberto launched several other category innovations – All-Natural Oberto Pepperoni Jerky, Oberto better-for-you meat snack sticks and Oberto Trail Mix with jerky – as the company is looking to further differentiate itself in the booming meat snacks category which has exploded to more than $3 billion dollars in annual revenue.
