QMS launches autumn campaign celebrating Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork

The latest burst of the campaign continues to highlight the versatility, quality, and provenance of Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb, and Specially Selected Pork whilst also tapping into key seasonal initiatives including Love Lamb Week, STV’s Sustainable Scotland Week, and Porktober.

Building on the success of our summer campaign, the creative continues with the ‘Start with Scotch’ video series, showcasing how our brands can elevate meals from family roasts to steak night. Recipe inspiration includes simple and delicious dishes such as Spiced Scotch Lamb Pasta and Sausage, Squash and Apple Traybake – perfect ‘comfort food’ for Autumn - demonstrating the versatility and quality of Scotch-assured red meat.

The campaign will also be featured in The Times (Scotland) online focusing on Scotch Lamb, with contributions from farmers Jennifer and John Struthers and butcher Hayley Glen. The Struthers Family STV Brand Story will air once again during STV’s Sustainable Scotland Week, a week of specially curated shows highlighting climate-conscious brands in the ad breaks. 30-second on-air trails will run across the Bauer network, including Hits Radio Scotland and Greatest Hits Radio, educating and engaging listeners on all things Scotch with DJ Grant Thompson running live competitions with listeners as part of a special celebration of Specially Selected Pork taking place in October. The campaign will also be shared across targeted digital and paid social activity including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Emma Heath, Director of Marketing at QMS, said: “Our autumn campaign continues to showcase the expertise, care, and commitment of Scottish farmers, while inspiring more people to choose Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb, and Specially Selected Pork as part of their weekly shop. With some key seasonal moments coming up and the chance to feature during STV’s Sustainable Scotland Week, it’s a great opportunity to connect with consumers and highlight the versatility and quality of Scotch red meat across a wide range of meal occasions.”
